UX/UI Designer

PROJECT: app.customgpt.ai

I was initially engaged by CustomGPT for designing their analytics dashboard but expanded to the role of UI/UX designer for the whole app. I have been involved in complete UI sync with developers, UX improvements, addition of new features and building new app pages like customer intelligence, analytics, explore, insights and a completely new dashboard.

Improved the design system and variable definitions to reduce inconsistencies. On the right, you can see some of the pages designed for the app. More details can be viewed here in this case study.

PROJECT: app.sortresume.ai

Launched on April 26, 2024, I have been part of the latest project undertaken by the CustomGPT team which is aimed at providing a solution for analyzing and sorting hundreds or even thousands of resumes all with a single click of a button using the power of AI.

My role in this project is to design the UI for the MVP app and act as quality assurance and testing resource.

Candu

UI Designer

At Candu I was directly involved with Customer Success team and their GTM strategy, reaching out to customers and solving their problems. Major portion of my work was to take on challenges faced by Candu’s customers in building and integrating content using Cadu’s UI editor. For this purpose I was also engaged in frequent UX audits of various stages of customer journey.

I built 100+ UI templates inside Candu editor, which were helpful in jumpstarting the Candu journey for new customers. Also completed more than 50 customer onboarding projects that involved building UI for customer’s SaaS products or websites. In addition to that I also conducted 20+ UX audits to uncover various strategies that helped in content planning.

Testmate

UX Researcher

At Testmate I worked with the research team and executed 30+ usability test studies. I was responsible for screening the interview participants, analyzing the user interviews, recording observations, synthesizing results and consolidation of findings in a report format.

I also helped building a testers mailing list and designing of tasks for the unmoderated usability studies.

Ecommerce Platform

Lasoo is an existing platform (web and app) where consumers are able to browse discounted (on sale) products via the digital catalogues. These catalogues assist consumers with their online and physical shopping endeavors.

Lasoo are currently rebuilding their platform introducing new functionalities as well as overall improvements with major focus on:

  • ability to compare products across multiple sellers
  • ability to purchase on Lasoo rather than going out to retailers
  • enhanced personalization
